Effort to fight corruption and promote Integrity might be of little worth if there is not a way to measure and evaluate that effort. The tool measures the Authority’s effort towards fighting corruption and promoting integrity. The CDAT is the first of its kind in Zimbabwe and demonstrates the innovativeness, will and commitment of the organisation in fighting corruption
